Five simple steps to feel right at home at Vertica.

Download the Vertica Fitness App

This is our app that connects to Wellness Living and lets you sign up for your classes. Use the log-in and password you previously created – or the one from the welcome email when you signed up.

Please don’t create a new account or your membership won’t connect.

Join the Vertica Circle Network

We have our own private network where we can safely connect with our pole family. Join us for inspiration, updates, free stuff – AND the Fly Course, our video-tutorial curriculum checklist.

You’ll need Vertica Circle to pass moves off and go to the next level.

Grab Your Gear

There are a few items you’ll need to pole safely. Pick these up at your home studio:

  • Grip — keeps you from slipping off the pole
  • Pole Shorts — let the skin on your legs grip the pole
  • Pole Knee Pads with gripper dots — protect your knees and stick to the pole

Sign Up For Your Classes

Don’t wait — get signed up for your first classes. You can take any class at your level: Fit for conditioning, Flirt for sensual choreography, Fly for our leveled skill curriculum.

The more you book ahead, the more you’ll show up.

Take Care of Your Body

You may be sore after your first few classes. Drink extra water, eat well, take a warm bath, stretch gently — and come back to class. Moving your body helps alleviate sore muscles.

Take at least one rest day a week to let your muscles rebuild.

Book Your Vertica Fitness Westminster Pole Party

Perfect for bachelorette parties, birthday parties, girls’ night out, divorce parties, and more. Parties can accommodate up to 16 people.

Enjoy 1.5 hour of fun, choreography, spins, and bonding. Your party includes an hour of instruction plus 30 mins for you to take pictures, dance, and enjoy your night.

Book Your Vertica Fitness Westminster Pole Party

Perfect for bachelorette parties, birthday parties, girls’ night out, divorce parties, and more. Parties can accommodate up to 16 people.

Booking with us is easy. We are available for parties most Saturday and Sunday evenings. We will accommodate other times as we are able as well.

How to book:

  1. Text or call us at 720-340-8542 to check availability and reserve your date and time.
  2. Come on in and have a blast!
  3. All participants must be sober and over 18. If you have participants under 18 you may call the office to book a “Sporty Party” that will be appropriate for all ages.
  4. 48 hour notice required for reschedule. No cancellations or refunds.
  5. Payment in full due at time of booking.
