Vertica is a professionally developed pole fitness program created to help you get in the best shape of your life while empowering you to feel fantastic inside and out. With 27+ locations opening across the country, we’ve proven that fitness can be fun but effective, and inclusively fabulous.

How do we do this? Through our three types of classes:
Fit Classes

Flexibility and conditioning classes done on or with a pole. Using gravity and your body weight, you will challenge your muscles in ways you have never done before.
