At Vertica we are creating a movement of people unapologetically loving their bodies and having fun doing it. Vertica is a professionally developed pole fitness program created to help you get in the best shape of your life while empowering you to feel fantastic inside and out. With 22+ locations opening across the country, we’ve proven that fitness can be fun but effective, and inclusively fabulous.
It only takes 3 days a week for 3 months

How do we do this? Through our three types of classes:
Fit Classes

Flexibility and conditioning classes done on or with a pole. Using gravity and your body weight, you will challenge your muscles in ways you have never done before.

Flirt Classes

Sensual dance and choreography classes that enable you to connect with your body, feel beautiful, and reclaim your passion for life. Learn to love and embrace every part of you through movement.

Fly Classes

Leveled skill classes using an organized and proven curriculum that will take you from the very basics all the way to advanced spins, tricks, and poses. Welcome to your newest addiction.
